Job Title: Restaurant Captain (Gujarati Cuisine Experience Preferred)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Restaurant Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate should be Gujarati, have good knowledge of Gujarati cuisine, and possess strong leadership and customer service skills to manage floor operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant floor operations

• Lead and guide service staff to ensure excellent customer service

• Assist guests with menu recommendations, especially Gujarati dishes

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and service quality

• Handle customer feedback professionally

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow

Requirements:

• Gujarati candidate preferred

• Good knowledge of Gujarati food and traditional dishes

• Minimum age: 40 years

• Prior experience as a Captain or senior service staff in a restaurant

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach
