Requirements & Responsibilities:
Minimum 2–4 years of restaurant experience
Mandatory hands-on experience with PetPooja POS software
Manage daily floor operations and supervise service staff
Ensure excellent guest service and handle complaints politely
Take orders, generate KOTs, and coordinate with kitchen team
Handle billing, cash, UPI, card, and online payments accurately
Maintain daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and shift closing
Monitor hygiene, service quality, and staff discipline
Support stock coordination and basic inventory checks
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours
