Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and high-quality service to guests
Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and bar teams
Supervise daily floor operations and staff allocation
Train and guide service staff to maintain service standards
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
Maintain hygiene, service protocols, and SOP compliance
Support management in improving guest satisfaction

Eligibility & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate OR B.Sc. in Hotel Management
2–3 years of relevant experience in F&B service
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage staff and handle guests calmly

Salary Range
₹19,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Based on experience and interview performance)
