Job Title: Restaurant Captain
Company Name: Dough N Dosa – South Indian Restaurant
Dough N Dosa is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Captain to join our team and deliver an exceptional South Indian dining experience to our guests. In this role, you will oversee daily service operations, ensure smooth order processing, and maintain high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
We offer meal and accommodation, along with a supportive and friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Punch orders into the Petpooja application correctly and promptly.
Ensure timely service of dishes with proper coordination with the kitchen team.
Handle daily billing and transaction records.
Supervise table setup, clearing, and overall restaurant cleanliness.
Address guest queries and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily operations and support staff for smooth service flow.
Job Requirements:
Basic knowledge of food and beverages, especially South Indian cuisine.
Familiarity with billing software (Petpooja experience is an advantage).
Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Responsible, organized, and able to manage daily transactions efficiently.
