Job Description – Team Member

Position: Team Member
Department: Restaurant Operations
Location: Sohna, Gurgaon
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-focused Team Members to join our restaurant team. The selected candidate will support daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent food quality, hygiene, service, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food items as per Burger Singh’s standard recipes and SOPs.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.

• Handle customer orders accurately and provide friendly service.

• Manage dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders efficiently.

• Operate POS/billing systems and handle orders as required.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and ingredients.

• Assist with opening and closing restaurant activities.

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, equipment, and workstations.

• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational SOPs.

• Support stock/inventory checks and inform the supervisor about shortages or wastage.

• Work effectively as part of a team during busy hours.

• Maintain punctuality, discipline, grooming, and professional behaviour.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass preferred.

• Freshers can apply; restaurant/QSR experience will be an advantage.

• Good communication and customer-service skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
