Job Description – Waiter / Captain

Location: Mumbai & Pune
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Waiters and Captains to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities – Waiter

• Greet and serve customers professionally.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Ensure timely and proper serving of food.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant team.

• Handle customer requests and provide good service.

• Follow restaurant SOPs and service standards.

• Assist in table setup and clearing.

• Ensure a positive dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities – Captain

• Supervise and guide the waiter/steward team.

• Ensure smooth restaurant floor operations.

• Monitor table service and customer satisfaction.

• Take and coordinate customer orders.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments.

• Ensure proper grooming, hygiene, and discipline of staff.

• Train and guide team members on service standards and SOPs.

• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation.

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply for Waiter positions.

• Previous restaurant/hospitality experience preferred for Captain positions.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and on holidays.
