About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented Resort Steward to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across our dining and operational areas.

Whether you are a fresh graduate in Hotel Management looking to kickstart your career or an experienced professional with up to 2 years in the industry, this position offers an excellent platform for learning and professional growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 0 to 2 years in a hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant. Freshers with a degree or diploma in Hotel Management (HM) are strongly encouraged to apply.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in spoken English to communicate smoothly in a daily resort environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and maintain hospitality standards.
Personal Attributes: Active, hardworking, punctual, and team-oriented.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
