We are looking for hardworking Kitchen Stewards to help us maintain our high standards of hygiene and operational excellence.

Role Objective

The Kitchen Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils. You will ensure that our chefs have the clean tools they need to create great food and that the kitchen remains a safe, sanitary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Dishwashing: Clean and sanitize all plates, glassware, cutlery, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashers or manual washing methods.

• Kitchen Hygiene: Regularly sweep and mop kitchen floors, and clean workstations, walls, and cold storage areas.

• Equipment Care: Ensure all kitchen machinery and tools are cleaned according to food safety standards.

• Waste Management: Collect and remove trash/recycling regularly; ensure bins are cleaned and lined.

• Inventory Support: Assist in unloading deliveries and organizing the dry store or walk-in coolers as needed.

• Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations (FSSAI) and chemical handling protocols.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or cloud kitchen is preferred (but freshers are welcome!).

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle heavy kitchen equipment.

• Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work quickly during peak "rush" hours (lunch/dinner).

• Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to support the kitchen team.

• Discipline: Punctuality and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
