Key Responsibilities
1.
Food Preparation
o
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring.
o
Follow SOPs and instructions provided by chefs or supervisors.
o
Ensure all prepared food meets quality and presentation standards.
2.
Cooking Support
o
Help in basic cooking tasks, such as boiling, frying under supervision.
o
Monitor food items during cooking and alert chefs when ready.
3.
Cleaning and Maintenance
o
Wash, dry, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
o
Keep workstations, counters, and floors clean and sanitized.
o
Dispose of waste and ensure proper garbage segregation.
4.
Compliance with Health and Safety Standards
o
Adhere to food safety guidelines and hygiene protocols.
o
Report any maintenance or safety issues in the kitchen.
o
Use kitchen tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
5.
Collaboration and Communication
o
Work effectively as part of a team, coordinating with chefs and servers.
o
Communicate any issues or special requests promptly to supervisors.
Qualifications and Skills
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move items in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (preferred but not mandatory).
• Must have experience in cloud kitchen.
Work Environment
• Fast-paced kitchen or food preparation areas.
• Exposure to heat, noise, and potential hazards (e.g., sharp tools, hot surfaces).
• Shifts include Morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
