Kitchen Staff – Cloud Kitchen Operations | Full-Time
Industry: Food & Beverage / Delivery-Only Kitchen
About the Role: We are hiring energetic and dependable Kitchen Staff to join our high-volume cloud kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with food, and are committed to cleanliness and quality, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Cooking
Prep ingredients (chop, marinate, portion) as per menu requirements
Follow standard recipes and maintain taste consistency
Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and kitchen tools safely
Packaging & Order Fulfilment
Pack meals neatly and correctly, ensuring quality and accuracy
Maintain temperature control and presentation before dispatch
Double-check orders before handing over to delivery partners
Kitchen Hygiene & Maintenance
Clean and sanitize workstations regularly
Follow food safety rules (FIFO, labelling, storage)
Support inventory checks and organize stock
Requirements: Prior kitchen experience (cloud kitchen/QSR/restaurant) preferred
Basic knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards (HACCP/ServSafe a plus)
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
