To strengthen our hospitality team, we are looking for a skilled Hookah Maker who understands both preparation and guest service.

Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Hookah Maker, you play an important role in our evening lounge experience. You ensure that every hookah session feels smooth and enjoyable. You prepare each setup with care and follow safety standards at all times. You support the bar and service teams during busy hours. You create a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

• You prepare hookah equipment following hygiene and safety guidelines.

• You mix and present Flavors based on guest preferences.

• You handle charcoal safely and monitor heat during service.

• You clean and maintain all hookah equipment after use.

• You assist guests with flavour choices and provide polite service.

Required Skills and Knowledge

In this role, technical skill and guest focus are equally important. You understand how preparation affects flavour quality. You stay calm during busy shifts and manage multiple orders. You communicate clearly with guests and colleagues. You take responsibility for safety and presentation in every detail.

• You have experience in hookah preparation in hospitality or lounge settings.

• You understand hygiene standards and safe charcoal handling.

• You communicate confidently in English and Hindi.

• You pay attention to detail in setup and service.

• You are available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
