About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Food Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food outlet. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing outlet operations, handling staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning.
· Supervise, train, and motivate outlet staff.
· Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
· Monitor inventory levels and minimize wastage.
· Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
· Achieve outlet sales and revenue targets.
· Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
· Manage cash handling, billing, and daily reporting.
Required Qualifications
· Graduate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
· 2–3 years of experience in food outlet, QSR, café, restaurant, or retail food operations.
· Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and inventory management.
