F&B Supervisor – Restaurant Operations
Namosri Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced F&B Supervisor for Mai Kai Restaurant at Tiki Farms Resort, Karjat.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant floor operations.
Lead Captains and Stewards and allocate duties.
Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns.
Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth service.
Monitor inventory, billing, and POS operations.
Maintain hygiene and service standards.
Support banquet, event, and group dining operations.
Requirements:
Graduate.
2–6+ years of experience in restaurants, hotels, or resorts.
Strong leadership and guest handling skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems.
Good communication in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred).
Salary & Benefits:
₹20,000–₹25,000 per month.
Accommodation provided.
Meals provided.
Full-time residential role.
6 days working.
Day shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Immediate joining preferred.
Location: Mai Kai Restaurant, Tiki Farms Resort, Karjat, Raigad.
