Job Description:
Devrana Resort is hiring an experienced F&B & Banquet Manager to oversee food & beverage operations and manage banquet events. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, smooth event execution, and excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Food & Beverage Management:
Oversee daily restaurant and food service operations
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards
Manage staff, inventory, and vendor coordination
Control costs and improve operational efficiency
Handle guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
Salary: ₹30,000-₹40,000
Banquet Management:
Plan and execute events, weddings, and conferences
Coordinate with clients for event requirements and customization
Supervise banquet setup, service, and event flow
Manage banquet staff during events
Ensure timely execution and high service standards
Salary: ₹20,000-₹28,000
Requirements:
Graduate (Hotel Management preferred)
1–3 years of experience in F&B and Banquet operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and client handling abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
