Janki Palace is seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high-quality service standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of restaurant, banquet, and room service
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control
Train, supervise, and schedule F&B staff
Coordinate with kitchen team for menu planning and execution
Handle guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
Plan and manage events, banquets, and special functions
Monitor sales performance and prepare operational reports
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management
5+ years of experience in F&B operations (hotel/resort/banquet preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and guest handling abilities
Knowledge of cost control and inventory systems
Ability to work flexible shifts
