Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks according to service standards.
Explain menu items and make recommendations.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly set.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Process bills and payments when required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
