Kitchen Helper / Assistant Cook
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and other ingredients as required.
Assist chefs and cooks in food preparation and cooking activities.
Prepare ingredients, sauces, and basic food items according to instructions.
Help in plating and packing orders for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Wash utensils, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.
Assist in receiving and organizing stock and supplies.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Support the kitchen team during busy hours and ensure timely order preparation.
Requirements:
Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary: As per experience and performance.
