Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Hospitality
Welcome customers warmly with a positive attitude
Take orders accurately and guide customers through the menu
Maintain a clean and inviting dining area
Handle feedback professionally and escalate when required
Deliver excellent hospitality aligned with brand values
2. Kitchen Operations
Prepare food (dough, toppings, baking, packing) as per SOPs
Maintain quality, portion control, and consistency
Ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Minimize waste and handle ingredients responsibly
3. Hygiene & Cleanliness
Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards
Keep kitchen, dining, and storage areas clean
Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
4. SOP Compliance & Improvement
Follow all SOPs strictly
Participate in training and daily briefings
Suggest improvements (Kaizen mindset)
Support onboarding of new team members
5. Delivery Operations
Deliver orders using company-provided Yulu e-bikes
Ensure timely and safe delivery
Maintain courteous customer interaction during delivery
Report issues such as delays or complaints promptly
