Team Member – Job Description

Position: Team Member (Front of House / Back of House)

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and hardworking Team Members to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food quality, and ensuring restaurant cleanliness while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House (FOH)

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude.

• Take customer orders accurately and process billing.

• Serve food and beverages as per company standards.

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and service stations.

• Promote ongoing offers and upsell menu items whenever possible.

Back of House (BOH)

• Prepare food items according to standard recipes and SOPs.

• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained.

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.

• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.

• Support inventory handling and stock management.

• Coordinate with the restaurant team for smooth kitchen operations.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Physically fit to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
