Greet customers and take orders accurately.
Prepare, assemble, and serve food & beverages as per company standards.
Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining, kitchen, and service areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines strictly.
Assist in stock refilling and inventory checks.
Support kitchen and service team during peak hours.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely.
Follow shift duties and support overall restaurant operations.
Minimum qualification – 10th / 12th pass.
Prior experience in QSR / hospitality preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
