Position: Team Member

Job Purpose

To deliver excellent food & beverage service to guests with courtesy, efficiency, and adherence to brand standards.

🎓 Qualification

SSC / HSC / Hotel Management / Diploma / Any Graduate

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance restaurant sales

• Take guest orders accurately and courteously

• Assist customers with menu selection through upselling & suggestive selling

• Ensure billing accuracy and smooth food delivery

• Maintain hygiene, grooming, and store SOP standards

• Support daily operations and follow instructions from Store Manager

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Customer service & food service skills

• Positive attitude and team spirit

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends & holidays

• Minimum 6 months experience in Food & Beverage industry (mandatory)
