हॉस्पिटैलिटी कैफे स्टाफ

We are looking for smart, energetic and customer-friendly Service Staff to join our growing assembly-line restaurant format in Bangalore.

This is a customer-facing role where you will be responsible for creating a great experience for every customer who walks into the restaurant. The restaurant operates on a fast, standardized assembly-line model where speed, accuracy, hygiene, presentation and friendly service are extremely important.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and can work confidently in a young, fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with customers in a warm and professional manner.

• Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting menu items.

• Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with customers.

• Assemble and serve food according to defined restaurant processes and portion standards.

• Ensure quick and smooth movement of orders through the assembly line.

• Explain menu items, ingredients, add-ons and meal options confidently.

• Handle customer queries and basic concerns politely and professionally.

• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene and presentation at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service counter, dining and customer-facing areas.

• Follow food safety, hygiene and operational SOPs.

• Coordinate with kitchen and other team members during peak service hours.

• Support billing/POS operations where required.

• Assist with opening, closing, stock replenishment and other restaurant activities.

• Contribute towards creating a positive, energetic and welcoming restaurant environment.

Candidate Profile

Qualification

• 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate

• Candidates from Hotel Management, Hospitality, Culinary, Food & Beverage Service or related institutes would be preferred.

• Freshers with the right personality, communication skills and attitude are encouraged to apply.

• Previous QSR, café, restaurant or customer-service experience would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
