Core Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet guests, accurately take orders at the front counter or drive-thru, process payments, and resolve complaints using the L.A.S.T. (Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank) method.
Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and assemble food items (e.g., chicken, sandwiches, sides) according to KFC Global Careers quality standards.
Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain dining areas, restrooms, and food prep stations. Follow rigorous sanitation procedures for cooking surfaces and utensils.
Inventory & Stocking: Rotate food products on a first-in, first-out basis, restock supplies, and manage waste by monitoring shelf life.
