Job Title: Team Member

Reports To: Store Manager / Shift Leader

Job Overview:

As a Team Member at 99 Pancakes , you’ll be at the forefront of delivering a fast, friendly, and efficient service experience to our customers. You’ll work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth running of store operations, from food preparation to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

  • Take customer orders accurately and clearly.

  • Handle customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating to management if needed.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

• Food Preparation:

  • Prepare food items according to restaurant recipes and standards.

  • Ensure that food safety and cleanliness standards are strictly followed.

  • Assist with food assembly, garnishing, and packaging orders as needed.

• Operational Support:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the dining area, kitchen, and restroom facilities.

  • Stock and organize products, utensils, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.

  • Ensure equipment is clean and in working order.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work effectively with other team members to ensure efficient store operations.

  • Assist in training new team members as needed.

  • Demonstrate flexibility in shift scheduling and be willing to adapt to store needs.

• Cash Handling:

  • Operate the register and handle cash transactions accurately.

  • Ensure proper change is provided and transactions are processed smoothly.

• Health & Safety Compliance:

  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment for both customers and team members.

  • Follow food safety guidelines for temperature controls, hygiene, and safe food handling.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a food service or any Fresher Also works .

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic math skills for cash handling.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods & work in a hot or cold environment
