Designation : Barista & Cafe Executive
The F&B Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing daily F&B operations, maintaining product quality, and ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams. The role requires excellent communication, product knowledge, and customer-handling skills.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth.
Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure excellent product presentation and service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI standards.
Coordinate with kitchen/barista team for timely service.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
Manage billing, POS operations, cash handling, and daily sales.
Monitor stock, replenish supplies, and report shortages.
Support inventory management and stock rotation.
Assist in new product promotions and upselling.
Follow grooming standards and outlet SOPs.
