Hiring: Café Staff

Company: Cococart Ventures Limited

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Café Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent dining service, prepare beverages, and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests in a friendly café environment.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating

• Take accurate food and beverage orders

• Prepare coffee, beverages, and café menu items as per standards

• Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and café premises

• Respond politely to guest queries and special requests

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow

• Set up and clear tables efficiently

• Handle billing and POS operations when required

• Manage basic stock and assist in daily café operations

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)

• Basic knowledge of food & beverages (coffee training will be provided)

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Polite, energetic, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude

• Hotel Management students preferred
