Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu choices.
Take orders accurately and process billing on POS.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Prepare tea, coffee, beverages, and café menu items as per standard recipes.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
Follow proper hygiene and food safety guidelines at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of the café, including counters, tables, equipment, and service areas.
Assist in stocking inventory, refilling raw materials, and managing storage.
Support opening and closing procedures of the café.
Ensure all equipment is handled safely and maintained properly.
Work closely with fellow crew members and supervisors.
Follow all instructions given by the Manager/Duty Manager.
Maintain a positive, cooperative environment within the team.
Minimum 10th/12th pass (or as required).
Prior café/restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory.
Basic communication skills (Hindi/English).
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Punctual, disciplined, and reliable.
Polite and respectful toward customers and team members.
High levels of hygiene and personal grooming.
Willingness to learn and adapt to operational needs.
Rotational shifts, weekends, and festival days as per business requirements.
Absence without approval may lead to action as per company policy.
The company may assign additional tasks as required for smooth operations.
