Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments through POS systems.
Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and menu items as per company standards.
Ensure all products are prepared and presented as per brand quality guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas, counters, kitchen, and dining spaces.
Restock supplies, display counters, and ensure the café is ready for operation.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health & safety guidelines.
Support café opening and closing duties as assigned by the shift leader.
Handle customer feedback politely and escalate issues to the shift manager when necessary.
Uphold brand values and promote a positive atmosphere in the café.
10th / 12th pass or equivalent (Diploma in Hospitality preferred).
Prior experience in QSR, café, or restaurant operations preferred (not mandatory).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Rotational shifts as per café operational hours.
Weekly offs as per roster.
