Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily cafe operations and staff activities
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift coordination
Train new employees on cafe procedures and service standards
Monitor food and beverage quality standards
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management
Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs
Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when required
Prepare daily sales and operational reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment
Supervisory or team management experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Preferred Experience
0-3 MONTHS of experience in cafe or restaurant supervision
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Experience handling inventory and staff management
