Role Summary: The Cafe Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day cafe operations.
Supervise, train, and motivate cafe staff.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2–5 years of experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial reporting.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
