We are looking for a Cafe Manager and Restaurant Manager to join our team at Resources Valley to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹40,000 and a friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The Cafe Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth operations, and providing superior food and beverage service. He will have to manage staff, address customer concerns, create work schedules, and maintain financial stability through effective purchasing and staffing strategies. They will also supervise a team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to meet business goals.
Coordinate daily cafe management operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Deliver superior food and beverage service, responding promptly to customer complaints to maximize satisfaction and maintain positive reviews.
Manage both Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations, organizing shifts and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Regularly review product quality, research new vendors, and maintain the restaurant's good image.
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products to facilitate smooth operations.
Control operational costs, identify measures to reduce waste, and create detailed reports on revenues and expenses.
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events, recommending ways to reach a broader audience.
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices and implement policies to maintain cafe operations.
Arrange for repairs when necessary to ensure equipment functionality.
