Cafe Manager / Assistant Manager / Executive

For a Reputed Fine Dining Cafe

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + PF + Medical Benefits

Experience Required: 2–7 Years

Candidates should have relevant experience in the Food & Beverage department of reputed cafes, fine dining restaurants, hotels, or hospitality establishments.

• Visakhapatnam (Vizag)

• Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Inventory Management

• Manage day-to-day cafe operations efficiently.

• Monitor and control inventory of perishable and non-perishable items to minimize waste and maintain freshness.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and cost-effective purchasing.

• Maintain quality standards for all food and beverage products.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

2. Financial & Business Management

• Assist in budgeting and cost control activities.

• Analyze food and beverage costs and support profitable menu pricing.

• Monitor daily sales performance and financial transactions.

• Support promotional and revenue-generating activities.

3. Team Leadership & Staff Management

• Train and develop team members on customer service, POS operations, and product knowledge.

• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements.

• Monitor employee performance and maintain a positive work environment.

• Handle workplace issues and resolve conflicts professionally.

4. Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively and courteously.

5. Problem-Solving & Operational Support

• Manage peak-hour operations efficiently.

• Address staff shortages and operational challenges.

• Resolve customer concerns promptly.

• Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and supplies.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Good understanding of cafe/restaurant operations.

• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.

• Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
