Hiring Requirement – Café Manager | Jaipur

· Position: Café Manager

· Experience: 3–7 years

· Salary Budget: ₹40K–₹45K per month

· Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

· Café Name: the ninth cafe (Expected Opening: By the end of this month)

Mandatory Requirements:

· Fluent English communication skills.

· Pleasant, well-groomed, and professional personality.

· Relevant experience in café.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.

· Monitor sales, cash handling, billing, and daily operational reports.

· Control operational costs and minimize wastage.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.

· Handle customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction.

· Coordinate catering and refreshments for meetings and corporate events.

· Drive improvements in café operations, service quality, and team performance.

· Lead, supervise, and motivate the café team to deliver excellent customer service.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

· Relevant experience in café.

· Strong team management, communication, and customer service skills.

· Knowledge of inventory management, billing, procurement, and cost control.

· Professional attitude and a well-groomed personality.
