We are looking for an all-rounder Cafe In-charge cum Chef to lead our 25-seater cafe. You will be responsible for both kitchen excellence and smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Culinary: Prepare Pizza, Pasta, Sandwiches, Shakes, and Mocktails while maintaining high food quality.
Operations: Handle opening/closing of the cafe and manage daily billing using the PetPooja POS system.
Management: Supervise part-time staff, manage inventory, and handle daily purchasing.
Hygiene: Maintain strict FSSAI safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Customer Service: Ensure every guest has a great experience and handle feedback professionally.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in a cafe setting.
Must be familiar with billing software/POS operations.
Ability to manage inventory and control food costs.
Immediate joiners preferred.
