Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day café operations, staff scheduling, and workflow.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback effectively.
Supervise, train, and motivate café staff to maintain high performance standards.
Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per company policies.
Maintain cash handling procedures and daily sales reporting.
Assist in menu planning, promotions, and marketing activities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred.
1–3 years of experience as a Café Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader in F&B or hospitality.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of café operations, billing systems, and inventory management.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
