Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations at Cuppa Redefined in Mysore. This role combines hands-on customer service and team leadership with responsibility for profitability, quality, and brand experience in our vibrant cafe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall operations including staff supervision, scheduling, and shift planning
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest receives a great experience
Oversee inventory, ordering supplies, and vendor management
Monitor and improve cafe sales, profitability, and cost control
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Train and mentor new and existing team members
Implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and events in collaboration with owners
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally
Maintain cafe ambiance and uphold brand standards consistently
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience managing cafes, QSRs, or hospitality brands preferred
Prior experience as cafe manager/assistant manager/team leader or similar
Strong people management and communication skills
Proficiency with inventory/POS systems and cash handling
Energetic personality and a passion for customer service
Knowledge of Mysore food and beverage market is a plus
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, or evenings as required
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience (approx. ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month)
