Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Location: Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, lead the team, ensure excellent guest service, and drive sales and profitability at The Irish House.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily floor operations and guest experience
Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Monitor hygiene, service standards, and SOP compliance
Assist in inventory control, food costing, and budgeting
Support P&L management and control operational costs
Drive sales, upselling, and profitability targets
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations
Prepare staff rosters and manage shift operations
Requirements:
8-10 years of restaurant management experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of P&L, costing, budgeting, and inventory management
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
