About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Videographer & Content Creator to create high-quality visual content for our food brands.

Your primary responsibility will be to shoot great videos of our food, kitchens, people, products and brands and turn them into engaging Reels and short-form content.

This is a hands-on role. You will spend time at our kitchens shooting content, experimenting with different ideas and creating videos that people actually want to watch.

What You Will Do

🎥 Video Production

• Shoot high-quality videos of food, dishes and kitchen operations.

• Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form videos.

• Shoot food preparation, cooking, plating and packaging.

• Capture behind-the-scenes content from our kitchens.

• Shoot staff, chefs, customers, events and brand activities.

• Create promotional videos for new dishes, offers and campaigns.

• Plan shots, angles, movement and lighting before filming.

• Build a library of high-quality raw video footage.

🍔 Food Videography

You should have a good eye for making food look tempting on camera.

You will shoot:

• Close-up food shots

• Pouring / sizzling / cutting shots

• Plating

• Garnishing

• Cooking action

• Packaging

• Kitchen BTS

• Food delivery preparation

• New product launches

The objective is simple:

Make someone watching the Reel hungry enough to order.

✂️ Video Editing

You will also be responsible for editing the content you shoot.

Experience with tools such as:

• CapCut

• VN

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• DaVinci Resolve

• Final Cut Pro

• Canva

will be an advantage.

You should understand:

• Cutting and pacing

• Music and trending sounds

• Transitions

• Text overlays

• Captions

• Basic colour correction

• Basic audio

• Reels formatting

• Short-form storytelling

Photography

Basic photography skills are required.

You should be comfortable taking:

• Food photographs

• Product photographs

• Kitchen photographs

• Staff/team photographs

• Behind-the-scenes photographs

Professional camera experience is an advantage, but excellent smartphone photography is also acceptable.

Content Creation

We don't want someone who simply waits for a brief.

You should be able to look at a dish and think:

"How can I make a Reel out of this?"

You will be expected to:

• Suggest new content ideas.

• Follow current Instagram/Reels trends.

• Experiment with different formats.

• Turn one shoot into multiple pieces of content.

• Work closely with the Social Media Manager.

• Create content around offers, festivals, events and new products.

Who We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in videography/content creation.

• Strong portfolio of Reels or short-form videos.

• Good understanding of Instagram and social-media video.

• Good eye for framing, lighting and composition.

• Interest in food photography and videography.

• Comfortable working inside an active kitchen environment.

• Willing to travel between our kitchen locations in Delhi NCR.

• Creative, energetic and self-motivated.

• Able to work independently and meet content deadlines.

F&B Experience Is a Big Plus

Experience with:

• Restaurants

• Cloud kitchens

• Cafés

• Food brands

• Hospitality

• Lifestyle brands

• Influencer/content agencies

will be preferred.

Education

Graduate preferred, particularly candidates from:

• Mass Communication

• Film / Video Production

• Photography

• Digital Media

• Advertising

• Fine Arts

• Other creative/media-related fields

However, education is not the most important factor.

A candidate with a great portfolio and strong practical skills can be considered regardless of educational qualification.
