The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage, adding graphics, sound, and effects, and producing high-quality video content for marketing, social media, campaigns, and internal projects. You should have a strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging final content

• Add music, sound effects, motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions

• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements

• Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs

• Color grading, sound mixing, and ensuring overall video quality

• Create short-form content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

• Manage and organize video assets, project files, and backups

• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and best practices

• Ensure timely delivery of all video projects

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio

• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and pacing

• Knowledge of sound design and color correction

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects

• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics

• Basic knowledge of camera equipment and video production (added advantage)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in motion graphics and animation

• Familiarity with social media video formats and trends

• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
