We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor for YouTube Channel who can handle end-to-end video production including AI-generated videos, YouTube thumbnail creation, and channel management. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills along with knowledge of the latest AI tools used in video production and YouTube growth.

Key Responsibilities: Video Editing:

Create high-quality engaging videos for YouTube

• Add transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, subtitles & background music

• Sync audio/video and maintain storytelling flow

• Optimize videos as per YouTube algorithm standards

AI Video Creation:

Create AI-generated videos using modern AI tools

• Generate voiceovers using AI voice tools

• Create explainer, devotional, music or storytelling videos using AI platforms

• Enhance video quality using AI upscaling & automation tools

YouTube Thumbnail Design:

Design eye-catching and clickable YouTube thumbnails

• Add Hindi/English text, graphics & branding elements

• Ensure thumbnails follow YouTube CTR optimization best practices

• YouTube Channel Management: Upload videos with optimized titles, descriptions & tags

• Create playlists & manage content scheduling

• Add end screens, cards & subtitles

• Monitor channel analytics & performance

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Video Editing Software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve etc.)

• Experience in Thumbnail Design (Photoshop / Canva etc.)

• Knowledge of AI Video Tools (Pictory, Runway, Synthesia, etc.)

• Understanding of YouTube keywords & Hashtags

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in music / devotional / entertainment content

• Knowledge of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts etc.)

• Ability to work with tight deadlines
