About the Role
We are looking for a creative Video Editor & Videographer who can independently handle shooting and editing.

The ideal candidate should understand real estate/property shoots, social media trends and video scripting, and know how to turn a script or content idea into an engaging video.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot property/flat videos, walkthroughs, cinematic videos, Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Handle camera, Gimbal, lighting, framing, composition and color grading.

• Shoot office/in-house informative and trending content.

• Understand scripts and convert them into the right shots, angles, sequences and visuals.

• Suggest content ideas, hooks and creative shooting concepts based on current trends.

• Edit short-form Reels/Shorts and long-form YouTube videos.

• Create YouTube thumbnails and basic social media creatives.

• Handle basic Green Screen / Chroma Key shooting and editing.

Preferred Skills & Software

Knowledge of:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• After Effects

• CapCut

• Davinci

• Photoshop

• Canva

What We’re Looking For

• Strong combination of shooting + editing skills

• Good understanding of social media trends and content

• Ability to understand a script and visualize its execution

• Creative eye for cinematic visuals

• Able to work independently and suggest new ideas

• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn

• Own Bike/Scooty – Mandatory
