This role is not just about video editing - it’s about engineering content using AI tools to produce faster, better, and more engaging creatives. If you love experimenting with new AI tools and creating scroll-stopping content, this role is for you. � � Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-End Video Production  Edit high-quality videos for Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and social platforms  Create brand films and internal communication videos  Deliver mobile-first, high-impact content 2. Creative Asset Transformation  Convert PDFs, static creatives, and raw footage into engaging ad creatives  Design banners, thumbnails, and motion assets  Repurpose existing brand materials into multiple formats 3. AI Workflow Integration  Use AI tools to automate tasks like: o Captioning o Rotoscoping o Color grading o Background generation  Create AI voiceovers, generative visuals, and enhanced assets  Stay updated with the latest AI tools and apply them in daily workflow 4. Ad Performance Optimization  Create hook-driven content  Improve CTR and ROAS through creative testing  Modify creatives based on performance data 5. Cross-Platform Creative Development  Design static and motion banners  Maintain brand consistency across platforms  Use generative design techniques to enhance visuals � � Required Skillset & Tools We are looking for a New Age Editor who uses AI to multiply output and efficiency. � � Core Editing Tools  Adobe Premiere Pro  After Effects  CapCut (Desktop/Mobile) � � Design Tools  Photoshop  Illustrator � � AI Video Tools  Runway (Gen-2 / Gen-3)  Pika Labs  Kling  HeyGen � � AI Image & Voice Tools  Midjourney  DALL·E / Stable Diffusion  ElevenLabs (AI voiceovers) ⚡ AI Productivity Tools  ChatGPT / Claude (for scripting & ideation)  Adobe Firefly (Generative Fill)  Topaz Video AI (upscaling & enhancement) � � Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Filmmaking, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field  Exceptional self-taught candidates with strong portfolios can apply  Mandatory digital portfolio/showreel showcasing:
