Role Overview :-

We are looking for a versatile Video Editor cum Videographer who can both shoot and edit content end-to-end — from planning and filming at client locations to delivering polished reels, ads, and brand videos ready for social media and performance campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :-

Shooting:

* Plan and execute video shoots at client sites across MMR (products, testimonials, interviews, behind-the-scenes, events)

* Set up and operate cameras, lighting, gimbals/stabilizers, and audio equipment

* Coordinate shot lists and scripts with the content/social media team before each shoot

* Travel to multiple client locations for scheduled shoots

* Capture footage optimized for both organic content and paid ad campaigns

Editing:

* Edit short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos for 15–20 client accounts

* Add motion graphics, transitions, captions/subtitles, sound design, and color correction

* Edit performance-ad videos optimized for Meta/Google Ads (hooks, CTAs, multiple aspect ratios)

* Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short clips for different platforms

* Organize raw footage, project files, and maintain version control

* Deliver videos within tight turnaround times while maintaining quality

Requirements :-

* Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and basic lighting setups

* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or CapCut/DaVinci Resolve

* Strong sense of framing, pacing, storytelling, and trend awareness (reels/shorts formats)

* Basic audio recording knowledge (lapel/boom mics)

* Own camera equipment and vehicle preferred (for travel across MMR)

* Portfolio/showreel demonstrating both shooting AND editing work is required

* Ability to independently handle a shoot-to-edit pipeline under tight deadlines

* Agency or social media content experience preferred
