Content Creation

• Develop engaging video content aligned with brand goals and audience trends

• Collaborate on content ideas, scripts, and storytelling concepts

• Appear on camera when required or direct on-screen talent

• Adapt content style for multiple platforms

• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and platform best practices

Video Editing

• Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos

• Add music, sound effects, graphics, captions, and motion elements

• Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and visual enhancements

• Ensure consistent brand style, pacing, and tone across all videos

• Optimize video formats, resolutions, and lengths per platform

Post-Production & Optimization

• Create thumbnails, hooks, and captions that increase engagement

• Implement feedback and revisions efficiently

• Manage file organization, versioning, and backups

• Export and deliver content on schedule

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with marketing, social, or creative teams

• Plan content calendars and meet deadlines

• Communicate progress and creative ideas clearly

• Balance creativity with performance metrics and KPIs

Performance & Growth

• Analyze video performance (views, retention, engagement)

• Test new editing styles, formats, and creative approaches

• Continuously improve content based on analytics and audience feedback
