About the Role

We are seeking a creative Content Creator & Video Editor to own our visual identity. You will conceptualize and edit everything from cinematic Reels and documentaries to short-form videos, using motion graphics and AI visual tools for political and commercial content.

Key Responsibilities

Create & Edit: Produce high-impact Cinematic Reels, Shorts, and long-form Documentaries.
Think Like a Creator: Script, ideate, and edit with pacing and hooks that drive audience retention.
Enhance Visuals: Apply professional motion graphics, advanced color grading, and sound design.
Incorporate AI: Leverage AI tools to generate unique visual assets and optimize workflows.

Requirements (Must-Have)

Location: 100% Work from Office only.
Mindset: A creator's brain, not just an editor's fingers. You know what makes content go viral.
Software: Mastery of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
Skills: Strong motion graphics, cinematic styling, and experience with AI visual tools.
Portfolio: A killer reel showing short-form, long-form, and graphics work.
