OMG Mediawork is a Mumbai-based, full-service production and line production company founded in 2014 by Durgesh Dadhich and Bhaktti Sakpal. The Role

We're looking for a Video Editor whose craft comes first and whose curiosity about AI makes them unstoppable. This is not an AI role with some editing on the side — it is a serious editorial role held by someone who also happens to be fluent in the best AI tools available today. You will own post-production across films, reels, TVCs, brand films, and all forms of digital creatives, while integrating AI-generated visuals, audio, and workflows wherever they genuinely elevate the output.

Responsibilities

Video Editing 

• Edit across all formats: TVCs, digital ads, brand films, social reels, music videos, OTT promos, corporate films, and event highlights

• Build narrative structure, emotional arc, and visual rhythm from raw footage — working closely with directors while bringing strong independent editorial instincts

• Create or integrate motion graphics, lower thirds, title cards, and transitions

AI Integration 

• Generate high-quality videos and images using AI tools (Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Firefly, and others) for creative projects

• Develop end-to-end AI workflows: prompting → generation → refinement → final output ready for the timeline

• Use AI tools for visual enhancement — upscaling (Topaz Video AI), noise reduction, frame interpolation, and footage restoration

• Maintain consistency in style, characters, and visual identity across AI-generated sequences

Compositing, VFX & Visual Enhancement

• Handle online editing workflows including compositing, retouching, and CG integration

• Work with green screen elements, background replacement, and layered visual effects

• Collaborate with VFX artists on complex shots and ensure seamless integration of CG elements

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on video editing experience in a production house, agency, or post-production studio

• 1–2 years of practical, hands-on experience with AI video and image generation tools — not just awareness, actual production use

• Strong understanding of AI workflows: prompting, generation, upscaling, refinement, and fixing outputs

• Solid knowledge of compositing techniques and VFX/CG pipeline basics
