Video Editor

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, brands, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, ads, and brand videos.

• Create engaging edits with strong hooks, transitions, captions, sound effects, and music.

• Work with raw footage, UGC videos, talking-head videos, product shoots, and AI-generated content.

• Add motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, and visual effects where required.

• Understand social media trends and create content according to current formats and styles.

• Maintain brand consistency across different projects.

• Collaborate with the content, creative, and marketing teams.

• Make revisions based on client/team feedback.

• Manage multiple projects and deliver videos within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Good knowledge of After Effects is preferred.

• Knowledge of CapCut / DaVinci Resolve is an added advantage.

• Good understanding of video pacing, storytelling, transitions, typography, and sound design.

• Ability to create fast-paced and engaging social media content.

• Basic understanding of colour correction and audio editing.

• Good sense of composition and visual aesthetics.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience working with a digital marketing agency or brand.

• Knowledge of AI video/image generation tools such as Grok, Google Flow, Runway, Kling, or similar tools.

• Understanding of Meta/Instagram/YouTube content formats.

• Experience editing performance marketing creatives and UGC ads.

Portfolio

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
