Role Overview

We are hiring a Drone Pilot & Short-Form Video Editor who can independently handle shooting and editing real estate content. This role requires ownership of professional-grade drone equipment and a capable editing machine to ensure fast turnaround and consistent output quality.

Key Responsibilities

Drone Operations

• Capture high-quality aerial photos and videos of commercial & residential projects

• Plan and execute drone shots showcasing scale, surroundings, connectivity, and architecture

• Ensure strict adherence to DGCA drone regulations and safety norms

• Manage pre-flight checks, flight execution, and equipment upkeep

Video Editing & Short-Form Content

• Edit performance-driven short-form videos (15–60 sec) for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & Meta Ads

• Apply clean cuts, cinematic transitions, color grading, motion text, and sound design

• Optimize videos for retention, hooks, pacing, and platform algorithms

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with premium / UHNI brand standards

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Own professional drone suitable for commercial real estate shoots

• Own high-performance editing machine/laptop capable of handling 4K footage

• Proven experience as a Drone Pilot & Video Editor

• Proficiency in:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro

  • After Effects (basic motion graphics preferred)

  • DaVinci Resolve (color grading is a plus)

• Strong understanding of short-form social media content

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in real estate, luxury, architecture, or infrastructure projects

• Knowledge of social media content performance and ad creatives

• Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras in addition to drone shoots

• Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines
