Role Overview

We are looking for creative individuals who already have basic to intermediate-level video editing skills and are genuinely interested in learning modern advertising workflows and AI-assisted creative production.

Training & Learning Opportunity

Selected candidates will first undergo a 15-Day Hands-On Training Period where they will learn:

• Professional video editing workflows

• UGC-style ad creation

• Social media advertising formats

• Creative storytelling techniques

• AI-assisted creative tools & workflows

• Real project execution systems

• Advertising quality standards

During this period, candidates will receive practical exposure by working alongside the creative team on real projects.

After successfully completing and settling into the workflow, candidates will begin their regular working period with salary structure applicable.

This role is ideal for people who are eager to learn, improve their editing skills, and build a strong career foundation in the modern digital advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging UGC-style advertisement videos

• Create short-form content for:

  • Instagram Reels

  • Facebook Ads

  • YouTube Shorts

  • Other social media platforms

• Work on real brand advertising projects

• Maintain proper storytelling, pacing, subtitles, and visual quality

• Implement feedback and revisions efficiently

• Follow company creative workflows and production processes

• Continuously improve editing and creative skills

Required Skills

Essential Skills

• Basic to Intermediate Video Editing Skills

• Knowledge of Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects

• Understanding of social media video formats

• Creative mindset and willingness to learn

• Basic understanding of storytelling and content pacing

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Photoshop / Canva knowledge

• Interest in AI creative tools

• Social media content editing experience
