About the Role:

We are looking for a creative powerhouse to become our Video Editor & Reels Creator. You will be the driving force behind our Instagram presence, responsible for turning raw footage and creative ideas into viral-ready Reels that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Reels Production: Ideate, script, shoot, and edit high-quality, trending Instagram Reels from start to finish.

• Content Strategy: Brainstorm and research viral content ideas that align with our brand and products (personalized storybooks, gifts, etc.).

• Editing & Design: Create thumb-stopping edits using CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro, incorporating trending audio, text, and effects.

• Platform Management: Schedule and publish content on our social handles, and actively engage with the community.

• Performance Analysis: Track Reels performance (views, engagement, reach) and use data to refine the content strategy.

Who You Are (Requirements):

• A portfolio of Instagram Reels you have created (personal or professional).

• Proficiency in mobile (CapCut, InShot) and/or desktop (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) editing tools.

• A deep understanding of the Instagram Reels algorithm and what makes content go viral.

• A creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm unique, on-brand content ideas.

• A keen eye for trends, music, and visual storytelling.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience being on camera or a willingness to be the face of our videos.

• Basic motion graphics or animation skills.

• Knowledge of the e-commerce or gifting industry.
